The greenhouses are equipped with a double screen system. The upper beam contains a blackout screen, while the lower beam is equipped with a diffuse energy screen. This combination offers optimal control over light, heat and energy efficiency. In addition, the greenhouses are finished all around with blackout roller walls, which provide a complete seal against light and cold. With the new construction of the greenhouses, we were given the additional task of creating compartments using twin walls. These compartments are essential for the separation of young cultivation, which allows optimal adjustment of the growing conditions for each crop. With this approach, it supports Luiten Greenhouses Ammerlaan-Sosef in achieving an efficient, sustainable and high-quality growing environment.
